That is pretty nasty, fortunately I don't smoke and my used vehicles have been purchased from non-smokers so didn't have to deal with that. I imagine the home of smokers (of those who do it inside as well) probably have similar residue as typically their home does acquire that strong smell as well.

IMO any smoke is going to do it. The more you smoke that worse it will get that way faster. We did a pick up truck of a smoker and it was nasty what ran down the panels as you sprayed them.

No not at all. Smoking is unhealthy. If people still want to do it after that then its up to them but I think they need to get the point across to the young people. They are not allowing people to smoke in the fire departments now because insurance companies were trying to blame work related cancer on smoking. So by eliminating that they can be insured and avoid problems.

It is really funny to think that these gross commercials are produced by the cigarette companies to begin with. I think that people need to take responsibilities for their choices. This isn't the 1940's when everyone thought smoking wouldn't harm you. If you choose to keep doing this then fine, but these companies shouldn't be forced into lawsuits and other such nonsense because people don't want to own up to their issues.

The commercial didn't make you walk to the store, spend money on a pack, light it, and smoke it.

I am glad I'm not a smoker. If I was I'd have a hard time quitting. So if I where to smoke while drive, there is no doubt that my whole car would look like those pics. I imagine they are a pain to remove, those stains.

Well that is nasty. I wont allow people to smoke in my car. It smells bad, and looks like it does some harm to car's interior.

Well as much as those photos were gross, I guess the smokers should also know that this is the exact same stuff going into their bodies and staying put! A puff of smoke may seem harmless, but just imagine the damage it does to your lungs and airway. What you drive on is what you are inhaling! I just hope that one day, our society would truly be smoke-free although that probably would not be possible in the near future. We know that smoking kills but still we give in to temptations. We holler and shout about reducing carbon emissions and about saving the earth, but what about those puffs that smokers contribute into the atmosphere? If only the authorities could limit the amount each person can smoke per day! But I guess we are all speaking from a non-smoker's perspective. Perhaps any smokers here could enlighten us?

That is just one of the reasons why people should at least resist the temptation to smoke in the car. It will make your car smell of smoke and it clings to the fabric too, aside from the fact that it can cause discoloration/stains on your car.

I don't let people smoke in my cars nor do I, so I don't have these problems. That's kind of gross how it builds up though.
