I lost my SD card, frustrated!!!

    Hi guys, I lost one of my sd memory cards. It's one of those small memory cards that you insert into your phone. I know where it i might have left it and I'm scared someone might have found it and seen what is in it. I've got stuff on it that I wouldn't want strangers to look at. What would you do? I'm so frustrated right now!

    Damn. Sorry to hear that. All you can really do is look for it. If it isn't encrypted at all then someone could have the data right now. I know for my phone there is an option to erase my phone remotely but if the card is out of the phone it wouldn't then that isn't an option.

    Oh sorry to hear that you lost your memory card. I guess if you only lost the card and not your phone then unless the person would bother to look for the owner through judging the pics inside, then you have no other chances of finding that SD card. I hope you have the data backed up somewhere though.

    Oh no! That sounds awful! If that happened to me I'd feel the same way as well. I hope you find it! Maybe it got lost around the house? You never know!

    That sucks bro! I have a 16gb card that I could sell you for the right price. How did you lose it anyways? Why did you take it out? Hope you don't have incriminating photos in there.

    There is no way to erase data of that memory card. Search for all the possible ways. I hope you will get soon.

    Some have pictures on their phones that they don't want others to see at all. Someone finding you in that case may or may not be a good thing. They also would hope to not find some of the pictures while surfing the internet.

    i don't want anyone to look at what is inside. i'd rather throw it away in a river or something than have someone look through my pictures an videos lol.

    hi guys, i've given up now. what happened was, i was at the cyber cafe because my laptop was broken at the time and i had to insert my memory card in the computer. i remember taking it out but i don't know what i did with it then. i asked the attendant if she'd seen it and she told me no. i think i'll just have to get over it and try to forget it.

    @Flexin, I see, I know what you mean, sometimes some people post nude shots of themselves then someone grab holds of it and ta-dan! You'll find them online! By the way, what is the software that you use so that you can delete your files remotely?

    @levi leans, Oh sorry to hear that, at least you could have tried to crawl and look for that SD card in the shop. I don't want to insert any SD card in any shop again after mine got a virus which caused all the files to disappear. They were recovered, but I got traumatized after that, that shop does not use the "deep freeze" method in their pc's! I would like to suggest a paranormal way that you can try to help you find out where it is but you might not be open to it.
