Parked right in front of my apartment building I saw a white Bentley Mulsanne with grille and wheels painted flat black. I have no idea if this is a stock color combo, but it looked great.

I think it is a custom job. It doesn't seem like you can get that on a factory order form. But when you spend that much you can order "off the menu" at times. My bet is it was custom work done after it was purchased.

Did they look like factory wheels or custom?

There are so many options now for making changes. You can paint and replace parts. You can use plactic dip. Wrapping is big as well.

I wanted to get a closer look but I was not up to navigating the stairs. I wish I could offer more.

No problem. Is it normal for cars like that to be in your neighborhood?

In my neighborhood, these cars look out of place. But from time to time I see one of these very expensive cars parked right out on the street. I always assume they are visiting one of my neighbors, or they own one of the buildings. You might recall I also spotted a Maserati Quattroporte.

I do recall that. I wish some would drive through my neighborhood. They would be out of place in mine as well.
