Peak of health makes sense to me, but pink of health not really, in fact never heard about this until today, and it's strange that the above Wordpress blog have a reference about this phrase.

It's an idiom, like "once in a blue moon", but it's not commonly used. Just google it and you'll see that "pink of health" and "peak of health" are quite different.

Googled a bit but couldn't find a straight answer. Some say it's looking healthy, others say it means to have a kind of a glow on you. So in conclusion, it means that you're in great health.

Oh yes, it is indeed pink of health. That is the reason I am asking the question.

    Hey Sidney,

Thanks for clarifying that. Look like I will have to do some homework on this one.

Oh yes, there are more references to this one and that is how I came across it. Hmm.. So I am not the only one who was surprised with the term... :)

@ oivas, sure, you're welcome! If you happen to read some novels or even comic strips, you will stumble upon that term. It's rarely used in movies. In fact I haven't heard it yet in any film that I have watched.

"Pink of health" obviously sound like those from literature, the artsy type which is why we rarely see them used in movies and non-fiction works. I'm actually surprised as how did you come across such a phrase oivas.

I've never heard of 'pink of health' before. So i'm guessing it's just another way of saying that something seldomly happens.

@rosa, no it means that a person is in good health, I think what you're referring to is the idiom, "once in a blue moon".
