The main thing that's preventing big boxing fights from happening is the feud between the two major promotion companies (Top Rank and Golden Boy). However, the two are trying to reconcile in order to make some dream fights possible. Imagine Mayweather and Pacquiao, Mikey and Danny Garcia, Ortiz and Rios... Will the feud be settled?

I hope it is not a case of too little, too late. Boxing has been on a continued decline due to politics and greed. Aside from these warring matchmakers, there is also the question of boxing commissions doing little to clean up the image of the sport. Good to hear that Top Rank and Golden Boy are trying to work out their differences. For the sake of the sport, they need to get their acts together quickly.

I just wish that Bob Arum and Mayweather would get along so we could see the only fight that would make national news for boxing and help the sport tremendously!
