Are there any posters on this forum that own a dirt bike? Do you own multiple bikes?

No, I don't own a dirt bike and have never owned one. When I was a teenager, they were so cool and my brother and I wanted one but my mom wouldn't let us have one. She was overprotective with everything so there went that dream.

It's never too late. I was too close to the city to really have one when I was younger. When I was 16 I wanted a motorcycle. My mother said not in my house. Bought a at a few years later and a motorcycle a few years after that when I had my own house.

Not anymore, I used to ride my bike when I was 16 and it was lots of fun. But I had to sell it to buy my car, worth it too. :p

My friend had a little (125cc?) two-stroke and it was a ton of fun. I don't have much money but if I had extra cash to spend and a fun field to prance around I would definitely get one. Unfortunately around here there aren't many open fields to play around in, and I don't have the extra $500-$2000 to spend on one. Another friend of mine even debated getting either a dirt bike or a crappy suv to play around in but he's still undecided.

I did when I was younger, but now I only travel on 4 wheels. Was great fun though and looking back we did some crazy things. Glad I am looking back with no war stories of major crashes.

No, I don't personally, but two of my older brothers do. Their kids have a lot of fun zipping around the forest with them.

No, I don't own a dirt bike. It does look like it really is a lot of fun to be on one, plus you are away from the public too. I have seen them on TV but I can't recall anyone I know owning one.

I don't own one now but I use to have a Suzuki 250, that thing always scared me to death. Ir wasn't a very stable bike, I ended up selling it after 2 years. After that I started buying 4 wheeler's.

Yes, I do, but unfortunately it doesn't really manage to astonish me in any manner. It was rather expensive, but it seems I'm more into 4 wheels, apparently! :)

I still have my 87 XR250, had that bike since high school.
I don't really ride it much any more, I've moved on to jet skis now :)

But it's in the garage stored away just in case I ever feel like going out again. That bike is a tank, I swear I don't think it will ever fail me! I've never had to do anything major on it, in over 20 years!
