    that's actually a good idea, thought about building a cj from scratch

    I was doing a job at a house and the guy had two CJ's. He bought them to do a build with his son but they moved on to other projects and he isn't going to bother. If I had the room and the money I might have bought them. Right now my goal is a project TJ but a CJ would be sweet too.

    Yeah I had a tj and I loved it a lot but cj would be very nice

    A 97, it was the first year of the tj i loved it

    Nice. I'm going to see if I can find a good deal on a TJ to do a build. I'm hoping to find a good deal and work on it.

    The worst part IMO is that they are priced high. I need to put some money aside and look for a good deal.

    I found mine on Craig's list and u can find them for less than ten grand sometimes

    Yeah I have found a lot for under 10000. Or a decent amount. But after buying the wife a car I think I will go with one that needs more work. It makes it a bit harder but leaves money for upgrades. Plus I want to do it to advertize the site so the more it needs then the more I have to write about, more pictures to take. It could be a cool project. I will start a thread on it soon and list what I hope to do with it and so on and start planing the project.
