Nice. How long have you been doing that? I went for a short time about 7 years ago or so. That is where my avatar came from. My wife stopped by to watch that day and took a picture of me shadow boxing. I loved the picture so much I have used it a lot since.

Boxing is a great way to deal with anger and deal with stress. Its hard to think about your stress when someone is trying to punch you in the face or your working the heavy bag. I went with my younger brother and we got to spar a few times. We had fun.

I try to work out as much as I can but I usually have college and work every weekday, so I try in every opportunity I can get to work out at my nearby gym.

I used to workout daily but I had a period when I had some personal problems so I stopped working out.
I've gained a lot of weight and I'm thinking of starting right away the same routine as before

I work out about three to four times a week most weeks. I do slip and go a while without a work out every few months or so, and it costs me when I do. I use interval training and my own body weight for exercises. Very effective workout!

Did you really post pictures of your toe shoes? lol...I think that these things look crazy. I haven't tried them yet and those folks that I know that have swear by them...I just can't get over the trauma of having worn toe socks back in the 80s and 90s...These shoes just remind me too much of those. My toes are social creatures and like to hang out together. I would only guess that there would be some separation anxiety if I wore these...LOL

The time apart is great for the toes. They learn not to take each other for granted. You don't know what you have till its gone. :roflmao: They shoes are crazy but you would be surprised at the people that are interested in them. Some are afraid to do it. One guy I know looked at them and said those are crazy. I was expecting to get the I would never wear those statement next but he said he should get some himself.

I love them more and more everyday. The toe socks I never had any love for. :playful:

I do some simple jogging and walking on weekends, so that's just pretty much what I do to keep myself fit. I try to play with my dog too, after all, running after him is also considered a form of exercise. :)

I've set a new goal for myself. Three days a week. If I can meet this goal, I'll be pretty happy. Being in my second trimester of pregnancy, I have to start doing something.

When did you start working on that goal and how is it going? And congrats on the pregnancy.

I have not time to work out, but try to walk as much as I can whenever I can. It can be just around my house, but I try to keep myself active this way.

Flexin those five fingers are great. I have a pair and I haven't went back to regular running shoes ever since I bought them. I usually workout three times a week in the gym. I run eighteen miles a week on a treadmill and then I do weightlifting two times a week.

I used to work out daily, but it has been years since I have done that. I need to start back doing it, Ineed to have the mindset that this is not just something that I need to do to look great in jeans, this is something that I need to do to stay healthy.

This thread has kind of motivated me to get back into working out. I have a friend who works out and calls me daily to brag about all the exercise she did that day, I'd like to start working out so that I can put a stop to all of her bragging:yuck::)...I love her though.

I do. Going to gym 3-4 times a week, and Krav Maga 2-4 times.

I workout from home about once a week, or sometimes I will go jogging. But, recently I have been really lazy and I also have to get back to working out again.

I started lifting a little over a month ago. I try to go go at least 5 days a week but usually get too sore and keep it to four days a week. One of the best decisions I made I feel much better after working out and have vuilt some decent muscle mass!

Because I have rheumatoid arthritis in all my major joints I have to do some kind of work out everyday. I do low impact stretching when I am not too sore. If I do not I really get stiff and that is no fun.
