What kind of videos do you like to watch on Youtube?

Youtube is one of the most popular video streaming web sites, a lot people visit it daily. There are videos for all the tastes! I personally love to watch cooking videos! When I need to relax I like to watch ASMR videos, and when I need a laugh I just try to find a funny video or visit my favorite Youtuber channel! Sometimes I just like to browse videos randomly, I really appreciate great documentaries

From time to time I also like to watch DIY projects channels, specially those involving sewing and clothes customization. Video game walkthroughs also come in handy when I get stuck at certain point of a video game

What about you? What kind of videos do you like to watch on Youtube?

 

I mostly watch how to and conspiracy videos on Youtube. Sometimes I also watch documentaries of all sorts and music videos, both old and new.

 

That's cool I also like to watch how to videos from time to time. I've used a lot sewing tutorials I've found on Youtube, one about how to decrease the waistline on jeans. This one came in really handy, because when I lost weight I really needed to fix a lot of my jeans! Some really useful stuff can be found on Youtube

 

I usually watch gaming videos or comedy videos. I also like to watch music videos.

 

Anything and everything. Music videos, documentaries, podcasts, radio shows like Opie & Anthony, standup comedy, fight clips... you name it.

 

I get hooked on cooking videos as well. One of my favorite online chefs is FoodWishes.blogspot.com. I will say though, there are some people on there who really shouldn't be making videos - or should at least learn how to shoot one and not be so incredibly annoying.

 

I looove video game videos!! Specially video game walkthroughs! Comedy videos on Youtube are the best But to be honest I'm not a big fan of the music videos over there... everything seems to be owned by Vebo. Or whatever that is called!

Ugh!! Tell me about it!! I hate those cooking videos that are not concise enough... some people just talk and talk, some people even talk about their day... GRRRRRR!!! When I'm looking for ideas on what to cook next week, I like videos that go to the point! Just show me the ingredients I'll be needing and tell me how to do it! That's it! If I had my own channel I'd do it that way! I hate people who just name the ingredients, but don't show an actual list of them at the beginning of the video!

 

Ugh, YouTube, that place is like a candy store to me. I just can't seem to get enough of it. I must admit that I am a YouTube addict. I watch all kinds of videos over there.
My son has a YouTube channel (anonymous), and so of course I visit his channel. The things that I have been obsessed with watching for the past week are filofax and planner videos (!!!!), for this I've been watching:
craftymommy24c's, Marianne Kensington, bunnygirl83, and D DrabMama. I feel so drawn to these filofax and planner videos, they are like a d r u g to me!!

I also love cooking videos, decorating videos...Robeson Design is the bomb-dot-com. Also, I like Outfit of the day, and jewelry and shoe videos. I also love interviews.

And I am obsessed with James Arthur on YouTube.

And last but not least, Martha Stewart on YouTube. I adore her.

 

YouTube is one of my best buddy to spend my time with, I usually watch videos related to entertainment such as music videos, new trailer and yeah one of my most favourite Horror show of America which is based on reality. Sometimes I also dig around the comedy shows and all.
Thats all I watch on youtube.

 

I love YouTube and spend so much time on there. I'm almost always playing music videos but I also spend a lot of time watching travel videos and documentaries. Whenever I want to learn about a new place I fire up YouTube and watch videos from peoples vacations and stuff.

 

I like to watch music videos and documentaries. I also like to watch short skits (ex: Smosh). Live concerts are also pretty awesome so I check those out too!

 

Did anyone else catch the Youtube prank that Jimmy Kimmel played on people recently? There was this video on Youtube called Worst Twerking Fail Ever. The video features some young lady taping herself twerking in her apartment when a friend walks in and accidentally knocks her over into her coffee table. Then the candles on the table catch her outfit on fire. The video got millions of views and then a couple days ago Jimmy Kimmel announced the whole thing was a big internet hoax, and showed an extended version of the video with him in it.

 

Hehehehe!!! WOW!!! I believe ya It really sounds like you're a Youtube addict but that's one of the best addictions someone could ever have, specially nowadays What kind of videos does your son make?

I have Youtube Channel as well, but I use it mostly for watching videos and subscribing to Channels. I'd love to make cooking and DIY videos in the future I like to dry my own herbs and tomatos You know how expensive dry tomatoes can be? Very expensive!!! I can dry them myself, I use a very nice technique for that and would love to make a video on that and on how to prepare and dry your own herbs I need a better kitchen for the cooking videos bit tho, but that might be fixed once I move out from here I'd be happy with a small, but pretty and cozy kitchen Nothing too fancy!

Do you like DIY projects? I love Martha Stewart's ideas !! She comes up with the most amazing ideas, specially for all those people who are really into DIY.

You can bypass anything Vevo related on youtube by having adblocker installed. Just a heads up.

@ zambothegreat, the ads aren't really annoying for me, I don't even notice them most of the time, unless the ad is in the video box.

 

I adore DIY, although I don't do a lot of it, but I like watching it. Bathrooms, kitchens, crafts, you name it. I love Martha, that is my girl. I have a copy of one of the first books that she ever did "Entertaining" circa 1982. I looove it!

I know that I would thoroughly enjoy your videos about drying herbs and tomatoes, and other things. I say that you should make the videos in the kitchen that you have now (says the woman with the YouTube video addiction). I would love to see your videos.

But... if you must have a new kitchen before you start making videos, I totally understand... (seriously though, I hope that you get the kitchen of your dreams).
Sooo, when are you moving, and how soon do you think that you could get started on those videos??

My son makes music, and he draws, so his channel consists of original music and art that he has made.

I have a channel as well, but I don't post anything on mine, I just use it for the same thing that you do. So I guess mine is not so much a channel as it is a YouTube account.The other day my channel displayed that I have over 400 subscriptions, I wonder if that is a lot compared to other people. I just like watching a wide variety of videos so I subscribe to a lot of people.

 

Yeah I use an ad blocker and don't have to sit and wait to watch Vevo videos. There used to be a couple keys you could press to bypass the ads too. I forget which ones though and don't now if that still works or not.

 

I might be moving soon because... I might be getting married soon Hehehehe!!!! Yup, I might start my very own family very soon, but we first might move to a small apartment, and then maybe we start thinking about buying a house. There are so many things we need to think about first tho, because I will not only be moving into a new apartment, but also a new country! So there will be a lot paperwork !!!! Our first apartment won't be very nice, but at least we'll be able to be together

Well, I can actually start making videos showing the different techniques I use to dry and prepare stuff, because I do that outside. I'm kinda handy with tools, not bragging I actually made the base in which I like to dry my own herbs and tomatoes, it doesn't have to be fancy, just effective That's what I like to say, lol. I'm into preserving vegetables and fruits, knowing that kind of things can save you a lot money! I'm into liquor making as well and other crafts... so I'd REALLY love to share that

You would benefit a lot from giving DIY a try! It can be so relaxing! I'll let you know as soon as I start making my own videos. But... tell me, when you're watching a cooking video... and you really want to get the recipe. Don't you feel annoyed when they don't list all the ingredients you need in the beginning... and to make matters worse, the girls starts to name them later, but she also keeps blah blah blah while she does this? LOL, that's so irritating!! Specially when you're in a rush

That's sooooo interesting! My boyfriend makes music too, but he can't draw I'm guessing your son makes animations?

I actually have 1 video in my channel but it's been there for a long time! By the way, 400 subscribers are a lot for a channel with no videos I must have like 20 or 30
