I was just sitting here wondering, do they still manufacture stand up jet skis. Those things were super cool back in the 80s/90s but I don't think I've seen any since then. Do they still make them?

I don't think they do. I'm less there is a small company with hauls that is building them for racing but I'm not even sure if they still race those models.

I know most companies turned to wave runners and lakes outlawed the stand ups I believe. I think even wave runners need to be of the 3 seater version to be allowed on most lakes. Too bad.

Why is that and in what areas? I haven't heard that rule before.

Guess cuz they don't want fast racing wave runners on the lakes. It's like this in NH anyway on most lakes.

But the 3 seaters have bigger engines. A lot of them fly now.

Yeah I know they have supercharged motors and stuff now. I don't know. We all know that the government isn't very smart and that they make stupid laws for no reason.
