Most people have health problems here and there, others have health issues that seem to be something more permanent. I belong to the last group, sadly. If I had to rate my overall health right now, I'd probably give it a 2 or a 3, one being really bad and 5 being great.

I try to be positive tho, because you really get nothing by being negative. I'm being so optimistic and open that I've started to give natural supplements a try :) Plus I'm also exercising and eating healthy, just like my doctor recommended me to. So hopefully one day I can rate my health with a 4.

What about you guys, how would you rate your overall health? Do you suffer from a chronic disease?

You're on your way up to a 4. Keep it up.

I used to be in the 2-3 zone, but that changed after I picked up working out. I'd put myself in the 4-5 zone now.

Yeah, same here. If I were to rate it, I'd probably give it a 2.0. I feel tired all the time nowadays. I attribute this to not getting enough sleep everyday. I'm so tensed these days that I get startled at the slightest noise. I think I'm going crazy soon with so much going on with my life right now.

Thanks, trying my best here :) Hopefully I will be! Maybe by changing my diet and hoping the new treatment works. Glad to hear you were successful getting to the 4-5 zone :)

Thank you, James! I truly hope so as well! Next April will be 3 years since my diagnosis, I try not to think about it tho, because is really depressing at time, but I have seen some improvements, not very clearly, but that's better than nothing.

I would have to rate my health at a 3.5. Some time ago I was probably at a 2.5 but I started to get conscious about my health and things has been looking up ever since. I try to eat healthy, exercise and I also use herbs so I am hoping to be at even a 4.5 soon.

Great to hear that, Rosa! Congrats on that! Isn't easy to get up there when you suffer from a chronic disease or a disease that is really hard to treat, but you did it :) Congrats! I hope you stay well! I have to go see the doctor next week, lately I've been feeling a lot nausea!

Right now I think my health is just a so-so 3 because it's combined with physical and mental stress. Anyway, I wish you all the best when it comes to your health, and I will suggest to you some "alternative" ways to improve that via email. :joyful:

I will clearly be in the 4-5 zone since I got to gym, walk, cycle, jog and gym.. I am perfectly fit.

Thanks Trellum. I have to stay healthy for myself and family so it's forward ever as far as my health is concerned. I'm wishing you best of luck on getting a good report from your doctor.

Well for me I live in divine perfect health. I don't get sick because:
    Isaiah 33:24
And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick:
the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.

Religion and Politics are two things that cause a lot of problems on forums. They are two topics I like to avoid on Gearhead Central.

But what I said is the truth. This is how I live. I can't say otherwise. This is what God said, I believed it and it worked for me. It is important I share it with others. Afterall that is what forums is all about- sharing and learning!

Forums are about sharing and learning about the topic they are built around. That would be the automotive industry on Gearhead Central. Yes this is an off topic section which is for topics that are off of the main topic but there are still some limits. I have been apart of many forums over the years and the biggest fights come over Religion and Politics. So for me it is better to keep it off the site all together. If there was enough people that wanted it on the site I would think about added a separate sub section for it. And even then I would still have to think about it. Those two topics can become heated very quickly.
