I do cardio 6 days a week (walking/biking.) I also do weights every second day. I need to add in an ab work out, but that is my weakest area and I dread it. By the way, those trainers with the toes in the pics above are kinda creepy!

I don't know how they can afford a building at $10 a month per customer. I heard they have some strict rules. Is that true?

Toss in the abs once or twice a week. I have been getting lazy with my abs, I have to start working them and my lower back more often.

LOL. You would be surprised at how many people are wearing them now. I love them.

Try to hit three times and on a good week I hit four sessions. Some free weights, exercise bike,
    crunches and stretches.

Now that the Holidays are just about over, I'm going to be hitting the gym harder in order to drop these extra pounds Santa brought me for Christmas

I do not work out because I am usually so busy that by the time I have free time to rest, I am too tired to even stand. I think that I need to get a better job that does not involve carrying so many heavy things. I think it is very important to work out and to keep fit, but if I have to do any more exercise than what I do while at work, then I think I will get very big muscles, almost too big.

If I ever get the chance, I will make sure I get to work out every day for my own health.

I try to workout as much as I can. I love cycling and swimming. I do the odd interval training whenever I can, too. If I push myself, I usually manage to workout about % times a week.

For me it's only about twice a week. I exercise daily, but only really work out on two of those days.

I used to go at least 3 or 4 days a week to the gym, but I've been slipping lately. I don't go a lot that often now. I'm now slowly getting back to my routine, ever since I looked at myself in the mirror and noticed that my face has gotten plump.

I picked up a book called "Never Gymless" by Ross Enamait, and I run a 6-day-a-week bodyweight and conditioning program built from it. It's loaded with info to work out just about anywhere, any time, with minimal or no equipment. I don't need to be ripped or loaded with muscle, but just in better shape overall, and it works. I feel great.

I workout on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays doing nothing ,but weights. My workout sessions are for one hour and I also go for a evening work after dinner. That's all the exercise I do these days at my age.

I do weight training 3 times a week. I've always trained this way and never really felt the need to train more than that. I generally do power lifting type routines, I'm doing 'madcows' 5 x 5 program at the moment. The spreadsheet template lets me punch in my numbers and it gives me a weights for the next 8 or 9 weeks. I also play social sports once a week for some cardio fitness and go mountain biking on the weekend every couple of weeks.

I try and work out when I can, but it is hard to get into the groove sometimes. Usually I just end up doing house work and I count that as kind of working out. I mean there is movement involved lol. :p!

I work out very unregulary. Sometimes, I work out 7 days a week, sometimes only 2, sometimes I don't do anything at all for a month. It differs a lot. I'm trying to do at least a little bit two times a week now, though.

I think I am one of the most laziest guys in the world. I don't work out and I never care of my body fitness. I will start workout only when I begin to dream to have a toned body.

I'm at the gym 3 times a week but I do stretching exercises for the rest of the week as well as swimming. I have to be in tip top shape in order for me to pursue my career in soccer. I run 10 miles a week and eat healthy and avoid sugar a lot and fast food.

I like to take long walks in the morning if I get up early enough (before it gets too hot). Sometimes I jog instead of walking.
