Let's face facts, life is so much better when you workout. Have you ever found yourself so happy after a workout? Thats the endorphin release that's going on. Do you exercise or maybe have you just started to do so recently?

Yeah I also have noticed that my mood is better when I'm happy. I used to exercise the most when I was in high school because I had exercise buddies that time and it was summer. Now that I'm an adult I don't get to exercise that much, I don't have the will!

I was before this job. I need to get myself back into the routine. I do every now and then and I almost always feel much better after.

I workout almost everyday for about 30 minutes. I'm not aiming for muscles so I focus on low impact exercises, 30 minutes in the morning and I feel great the entire day.

Yes, I do exercise. I find it to be a fun thing to do everyday. I also run Marathons, so obviously weight and stamina exercises are the thing for me.

Yeah definitely. It's one of my main hobbies - strength training.
It has worked wonders for me and it makes life easier when you're trying to repair your car :D

This is my case, too. I try to lift and hit the bag regularly, but working on a landscape crew this summer (and with a baby born in April), I ain't had much time or energy to put toward that. Work burned off a lot of calories, but I lost a lot of strength too.

I do, I'm working out just 3 days a week! I was doing it for 5 days a week, but that routine was too much for me! I started to see bruises all over my body because I wasn't eating enough and was working out 5 days a week. I was pushing myself too hard to be honest. Sometimes you might not feel it or know it, that's why you have to pay attention to your body when you start to see signals like the one I saw (bruises).

Last year, I worked out about 5 days a week and lost a good amount of weight. This year, it has been so much harder to get on track. I took a break for the holidays and still can't fully get myself back to where I was before. I do enjoy working out though ,iit leaves you feeling great afterwards.

Don't worry, Randee :) The year is just starting, you have plenty of time to catch up and do a good job ;) It doesn't matter when you start... as long as you manage to stick to it! If you do, then you can be so proud of yourself  I always try to see it that way... even if I have bad weeks I never let that stop me, I keep trying until I get into the habit again.

@randee - No issue there since you've been working out routinely before. Just keep at it and you'll be back to when you were in no time. Since you love to work out, it's not a problem for you. I also enjoy the feeling of fulfillment after a workout, it's the endorphin doing its thing.

Yeah I workout at least 4 or 5 times a week. It helps keep me fit and in shape. It is all about being consistent with it.

I don't work out as much as I should and I can't afford the high prices of monthly health club memberships but I try to work out at home at least 2 - 4 times a week. I've got one 5kg dumbell and I've filled four 2 litre bottles with water that act as some lighter weights. Other than that just the usual, pushups, situps, lunges and that type of thing but yes, I do feel good after a workout, maybe not so much the day after!:dead:

I work out at home all the time. Sometimes because of my busy schedule I don't get to do it as often as I would like but keeping healthy is very important for me so I always try to pick up where I left off. Whenever I am through exercising I always feel much lighter and happier and I am able to accomplish more for that day.

I love exercising. I go to the gym five days out of the week. Bodybuilding has become my main hobby over the past year. It was rough when I first started, but now that my body is used to it, I can't get enough of it. I always look forward to working out. It's my time to release any anger and stress that I'm dealing with that day.

I try and workout at least 6 times week, usually around 40 minutes of cardio and weight lifting. I feel great after workouts and they really improve my mood for the rest of the day. I try to eat healthy foods as well.

Recently I've started working out up to five days per week for at least forty five minutes and sometimes twice per day. I mainly do abdominal and strength training now and I am beginning to see progress in my weight loss.

Unfortunately, i don't exercise or work out. I know it's very unhealthy but once i get on my feet i'm going to start working out. i want to be muscular and attractive. I think i'm also going to have to eat a lot as well.

I'm very happy to announce I'm finally working out again. I had stopped due health reason, but recently I decided to do it again. I'm doing it because I have gained weight recently. Also because working out makes me feel much better.
