Cooking is one of my hobby and one of my favorite dish to cook is our local but most renowned dish which is adobo. I really like to eat adobo, aside from it is very delicious, the fact that it's just easy to cook. All you need to have is a soy sauce, meat, a bit of vinegar, onions, garlic, and pepper. Just add all the ingredients and then cook in oil. Then you will just wait until it's cooked. Then it is ready to serve. If you want to add a bit of sweetness, you can add sugar as well.

I don't really know how to cook, so the only recipes that appeal to me now are the smoothies recipes.

My favorite easy recipe, if you have all the right supplies, is Chicken Parmesan and Linguine on the side. It's super easy to make and taste delicious with some practice. All you need is some chicken breast, eggs, breading, pasta sauce, pasta, and any seasoning you'd like. You take the chicken, slice it so it's about a half-inch thick, then put it in the egg and water combination, then dip it into the bread crumbs so it has a nice coat. Then fry it for a bit until browned, put it in a pan covered in tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, and bake it for a bit.

It's super delicious! Just do a quick Google search for a more exact recipe. I just wanted to show how easy it is to make!

My favorite easy recipe is chicken quesadillas. Really easy, cut chicken into small strips, and grill em' up. Get however many tortillas you need, give 'em a layer of your cheese of choice. (I choose cheddar) Fill one half with chicken, and then fold it over on that half. Delicious.

I actually like to juice, and have been juicing a lot of fruits and vegetables lately. It's a great way to get in your 5 a day, and is much easier for the body to absorb. One of my favourite dessert recipes is probably flapjack. I often make double chocolate flapjack, using both white and milk chocolate and it turns out excellent every time.

My favorite recipe is all the recipes for cooking cakes. I really love eating cake and just when I think that the cake which I have eaten is the sweetest cake ever, I eat another different cake and I like it even more. One day, I will put up a shop for selling nothing but cake so that if there is any cake which I have not sold for a long time, I just eat it. This way, I can make money and do what I love most, eating cake.

I like to make some chip dip sometimes. Usually it has cheese, refried beans, salsa, and maybe some sourcream and possibly some seasonings.

I was just making some beef & cheddar sandwiches today - kind of like Arbys. We had some thin sliced roast beef deli meat and jar of medium queso. buttered some hamburger buns and toasted them under the broiler a bit, then put the roast beef and queso on top and warmed it briefly in the microwave. Came out great!

When I need a quick side dish, I will sometimes make black beans and rice. I just heat up some pre-cooked rice. Then a can of black beans, drained and mixed with salsa and some chili powder, warm that in the microwave too. Then I just top it with shredded cheddar and fresh green onions.

If you've got a few hours to let it slow roast, pick up a boneless pork ribeye roast - they are cheap and a great cut of meat, they do all the work for you. Just place it into a baking pan fat side up, rub it with some olive oil. Poke some holes in it and stud it with a few cloves of garlic. Season the top generously with sea salt and fresh black pepper, and add some chopped fresh parsley. Cover it tightly and bake it at 250 degrees for about 4.5 hours. It will brown on the top on it's own, and the meat will be fall apart tender. The fat cap will baste the meat by itself. Awesome for BBQ pork sandwiches, or stuffed in tacos or even in a tomato sauce (pork ragu). Way better than making it in a crock pot.

Sometimes I like to make mac & cheese and then add a can of tuna and some peas to it. My sister thinks I'm insane for thinking it's good, but I do xD

I do this often as well, it's like a cross between a tuna casserole and a mac and cheese really, nothing particularly odd.

I just can't do the Kraft mac and cheese anymore though. Something about the powder in that makes me gag these days.

The easiest dessert recipe I know and been knowing since I was a kid (and I still love) is Bananas with cream! Yup, my mom used to slice the bananas for me, then add some sour cream (very important, whipped cream will never do), then she added some sugar and boila! The taste was super, so much I didn't care I was eating fruit! Just yummy and even a kid can do it (just slice the banana for him/her).

Cooking is my hobby. I love to try out new recipes. Whatever type of recipe it is, I just want to give it a try. If I taste a new meal, I get to know what was used for that meal just by tasting it.
This is how I learnt most of the recipes I know today. From drinks to smoothies and menus. I just love new recipes. One of my favorite is beef sauce made with stock, thickener and vegetables. If you want to loose weight, this could be a good one for you.

These are great! I cook often, and for a family of 6, and I'm always looking for new and easy recipes!
My favorite easy recipe is chicken noodle soup... boil chicken broth, adding cut up carrots and celery, and left over chicken, boil about 15 minutes... add noodles (we like bowtie in our soup) and boil according to directions. Add pepper for seasoning, and you have very yummy homemade chicken noodle soup!
We also like beef tips, with gravy over egg noodles. Very quick and easy.

My favorite easy recipe is what is known as beanie weenie. It consists of sausages diced and saute in green pepper, onion and tomato. Canned baked beans is then added to that and is served on rice or anything you choose.

My favorite is Spaghetti Bolognaise. Very easy to do, once you know how to make it it takes less than 15 minutes. It tastes good and cheap. I cook it whenever I feel like it.

@ Treighsie, soups are quick and easy meals that I like too. I usually empty a pack of chicken noodles(already seasoned up with salt etc.)into boiling water and add diced carrot and potato. It's ready in a few minutes and great with crackers.
