I'd suck it up and pay for the service. While you could probably do it yourself at some point, I would be worried about fitting issues.

This kind of project is a major undertaking. It would be very difficult and if you didn't get everything just right then they just wouldn't work.
However if you do want to do it yourself I found this that seems like a pretty good walkthrough.

    Good luck.

That is a pretty good page. It shows you would need to buy some parts, making them would be very difficult. It would take a lot of skill and some tools. Lambo doors wouldn't be a cheap mod anyway you look at it.

You'd be much better off paying someone. A lot of people do this and tend to mess it up. It has to be done just right.

I would definitely start saving money for this project...it is too easy to get wrong and then you will have to pay even more! What kind of car are you planning to add these doors to?

You are going to need the service to make sure it is properly installed. You should modify your car in other ways that you can afford especially if you don't got no money. It cost more than a pretty penny to have lambo doors on your car.

Why would you want to do that to your car. I think that lambo doors look silly. Sometimes it is not ok to do childish things such as lambo doors. I mean think about it......if they were that good dont you think that by now all car manufacturers would have started using them? Anyways i am not here to change your mind about them....but if you are going to continue this pursuit then at least get it professionally done.... you dont want your doors falling off on you.

That sounds really cool building your own lambo doors, but I would rather pay and have someone else do it for me. I think it can be really difficult to make it fit and you could mess up.

People do it to make their car different them most. It is done enough that I think there are a few companies out there that makes kits for some cars. Car manufacturers don't do it on regular cars because not every would want then. I think for some you might have to duck under the door a little which wouldn't be for everyone.

Getting it done professionally is good advise. Saves a headache but would cost more. On the other hand, there is something to be said for building something with your own two hands.

Thank you for sharing. Now I am thinking about getting lambo doors in the near future. I think they will look nice on my 2001 Honda Prelude.

Wow, it takes a lot of dedication to build your own lambo door a.k.a suicide doors :) anyways all the best and please keep us posted on your progress. P/S unless you are very skilled, why not hire someone to do it for you, it will be much cheaper time wise, unless it's a hobby and a long term project. But again, unless you have two cars, you will be driving door-less or rather lambo door-less for a long time. All my best wishes to you sir :)
