"The GPS-based system can see the altitude, grade and road curves for several miles ahead. The gearshift patterns are controlled to ensure that the car is in the correct gear and maintains power, CEO Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes said this month at the auto show here."
This is an interesting feature. I would love to test it out. One to drive a Rolls, second to see how well that system works.

I guess I am too old school. While I am all in favor of inovations, I want to drive the car, not the car drive me. This is what a Rolls should look like!

That Rolls is nice but in that one you want to be the passenger, not the driver.

As for driving. I agree. I want to drive as well but at the same time I would still like to test it out. Myself I prefer a stick so I have the control.

Hmmmm....guess I could find a chauffeurs cap somewhere! :whistling:

I would also love to test some of the items out as well. I would probably be tempted to change my mind, but like you, I want the stick! I will never forget the feeling and sounds of back-shifting when it is time to slow down!
