This thing is so cool. It can dive underwater at speeds of 25 m.p.h. and and travel on top of water at 50 m.p.h.! But is it worth the $80,000 price tag?

I think its sweet and I would love to own it, but there is no way I could ever afford it. I use to own a new 21ft boat when I was 19 years old. And honest to god some of the best memories of my life happened on that boat. Back in 94 I was spending $100 in gas for a weekend. I couldn't even imagine how much it would cost today with gas at $4 a gallon!

It is a custom built machine and I think they are the only ones doing it. $80000 seem about right. It is too rich for my blood. I would buy a larger boat if I had $80000 to spend on something for the water. I would have to have some crazy money to put $80000 into that water craft. It look like it would be a fun ride though.

It's neat but I'd prefer one of those fancy boatcars they are making out of Lotus Elise Chassis.

I just watched the video for this watercraft, and it is truly an amazing boat. I guess boat is not even close to a description of what it should b called; maybe just a rich man's aquatic toy describes it better. It looks like it would be a blast to drive one of these, and it does actually resemble a happy dolphin jumping and playing in the water.
The video stated that they build each one to the buyer's specifications, and it is more of just a new toy for the person who has everything already, and lots of money to indulge their fantasies.
Although it would be a lot of fun to have one; I doubt I would spend that much money on something that is basically a toy. I would rather have a nice boat that more people could ride in, and that you could use for pleasure boating and for fishing, which I love.
