I'm sure you guys agree with me when I say that rims play a pretty big part in the overall look of a car. So do you guys have any favourite rims? Favourite brands, designs, etc. Post 'em up!

I personally love the basketweave design, especially the BBS models. My favourite would have to be the BBS LM:

Those are really cool rims. How much did you pay for them? I bet they are worth like $1500 or more. If I was you, I would put a small touch of gold around the edges, high light it.

HRE would be one of the top rim manufacture for me right now as far as car rims go. Some of them I like are...

    940RL

Then there would be different styles for a Jeep TJ (for example) that I would be interested in. But for the last year or two, if you just as favorite rim, HRE comes to mind first.

I don't own either of them, sadly. I definitely want to own a set of either the LMs or the Arashis at some point though. The price is what's keeping me from buying a set. The LMs cost $5800 (!!!) on eBay and I don't think Enkei makes the Arashi any more (don't quote me on that).

@Flexin, Those look pretty sweet. The 940RL is my favourite out of those three. Are they made in Switzerland?

I can't remember where they are from but I love their wheels.

If anyone is interested in looking at more of their rims, they can be found here. http://www.hrewheels.com/

My favourite wheel brand would have to be Rays they produce some amazing wheels and they are all forged i think so very strong and are produced to a very high standard.

BBS makes the best selection for my tastes. They've done it consistently for years too. If I were to put after-market rims on a high-end car, BBS would be the maker.
