This month, I will proudly participate in the Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life. I hope you will consider supporting me in this important event.

My family and I are traveling to Ontario to do the Relay For Life with Team Emma. Emma is a 7 year old with the smile of a movie star and the strength of a strong man. She was diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of 3. ON June 3rd 2012 it will be 2 years and 5 months since treatment has been stopped and she has been in remission.
A non-competitive event, Relay For Life consists of teams of 10 people who take turns walking around a track from dusk to dawn united in the fight against cancer. This unique, hope-filled event brings together community members, cancer survivors and all those whose lives have been touched by cancer. Funds raised through Relay For Life help the Canadian Cancer Society lead the fight against cancer by: 1)doing everything we can to prevent cancer from ever happening in the first place 2)funding research to outsmart cancer 3)empowering, informing, supporting and improving the lives of Canadians living with cancer 4)rallying Canadians to join the fight against cancer You can click on the link below to support me by donating online. All donations are tax deductible. Thank you in advance for supporting my efforts,[Name] Click here to visit my personal page. http://convio.cancer.ca/site/TR/Rel...&s_subsrc=bfbberry&s_src=boundlessfundraising

I think that is great that you are doing that. :) Maybe someday I can do some good things as well. For now, my kids are too young, I'm broke, and in school. It would be fun to do something for someone else.

Thanks. It was fun. Wish the weather was nicer but we had fun doing it. I have wanted to do it for years. It was nice to go and show them support and help the cause. I hope to be able to do it again sometime.

My compliments to you for what you are doing. I only wish I had it to contribute to your cause. Unfortunately that is not the case. However if in fact I do manage to find a way to help I certainly will. Once again all the best for her and you and your efforts. There needs to be more people like you in this world.
