What shows are you currently following if there's any? I'm looking for some recommendations since I have no idea what to watch. I followed SHIELD when it debuted but got bored of it after the seventh episode. I've heard that Arrow is really good, what do you think?

    Daimashin,

Of course I am not in the same country as you, but my wife does watch few English serials. This includes Suits, Big Bang Theory, How I met your mother and a couple more. I really have no clue on Arrow though. Sorry.

I don't really want to say I follow them because with my busy schedule I don't always get to watch them all the time, plus if I miss a couple series it doesn't concern me much. The two series that I am really into now are Greys Anatomy and Law and Order SVU. They are quite interesting to me.

I used to follow Desperate Housewives religiously, (I even have the DVD set) but when it ended it wasn't able to find any good tv show to follow. So right now I mostly watch crime documentaries on the CI channel in cable, and also Animal Planet.

I was following the walking dead before I had to travel abroad some weeks ago, sadly I missed 4 episode, 3 of them when I was there. I could have watched the 4th, but I don't want to spoil the whole half season of this TV show. Ah well... everything comes with a price!

Walking Dead seems like the craze nowadays. Not sure I'm going to like it though as I'm not too big on zombies and post apocalyptic world. Feels like the mood the contemporary shows have doesn't fit my preferences anymore. I miss the old days.

Well I hardly watch television shows. I'm more on the Internet than TV.

I recently started watching reality shows again. If possible, I don't want to miss any series this season. I am currently watching 19 Kids and Counting, The Little Couple and Breaking Amish. Honey Boo Boo is soon to begin too so I may be able to fit it into my schedule.

If you liked The Shield, then I suggest you to check out The Wire (starts out slow, but picks up the pace after the first couple of eps), Breaking Bad and True Detective (the first episode was a little slow, but the other 7 will blow you out of the water).

As for myself, I follow way to many TV shows, even the ones I should have stopped watching a long time ago (Supernatural and most other CW shows). Currently I'm watching Game of Thrones and waiting for True Blood to start.

@dianethare, Oh I swear they are both equally good! Devious Maids feels like a Beverly Hills version of suburban DH! Plus you remember the humor in DH right? They have that too, and the mystery. As usual, since Marc Cherry is the creator of the show, it opens with an unknown murderer murdering someone who is gonna be the center of the story in Season 1. Then the killer is finally revealed in the finale.. Hurry, download the whole season 1 via torrents, it's that good!

@dianethare, torrents are completely free! just install Flashget or Utorrent and you're good to go. Always remember to download the torrent file first, you will see on the site, "download torrent", it's just a small file, like no more than 100 kb and then choose Flashget or Utorent to open it. The sites that I go to to download torrents are piratebay.org, demonoid.ph, and kissasstorrents.

    What does "jazzes" mean?

@sidney, 'jazzes' is just slang language meaning 'feel good or awesome'. About torrents comment, will put that to book... thanks :). Obviously if i want to watch re-runs, i 'd have to save on a flash disk or :coffee:

I follow some shows on daytime TV, Young and the Restless, and The Bold and the Beautiful.
    I'm really into soap operas.
I also catch as many Spanish-speaking telenovelas as I can, they are
addictive, even though I don't speak much Spanish.
I also watch some Korean soap operas. I love a good story.

I can't say how I became less motivated to watch soaps, I didn't know I could either. I use to watch them all religiously. Oh now I remember. My friend got angry during one of the series because something wasn't going her way. She was so upset that she bit down on her lip and only realized it after she tasted blood in her mouth. From then I reevaluated and didn't care much about soaps anymore.

@dianathare, yes you should, I don't choose the really large files, I see some that are 17 GB's in size! My Devious Maids Season 1 is only 4 GB in size. Have you tried downloading now? It will take days for it to complete, depending how long your pc is on and the number of peers.
