WOW! Now I feel old :arghh: I just want to let you know, the 30's is not too bad. I'm 39 and going to be 40:eek: on Super Bowl Sunday this year:D I get the best of both worlds, football and a birthday. This year happens to be my turn to have the Super Bowl party too. It will be fun, I don't think the 40's will change much. I'm worried about the 50's:nailbiting:

Oh no!!! If this is the case I would have not other option to confess that I can't say my age because at some point down the road I began to celebrate birthdays backwards and now I'm totally lost :D

39 is still young :) I'm just worried about hte hormonal changesI might experience once I turn 38 or so :p I've heard those changes can be devasting for some women, specially the ones that are very self-concious... I'm afraid my metabolism will slow down and I'll get really fat! Because now I actually lose weight easily (if I try to) and I can keep it off as well... but once certain age kicks in... I might not be able to do that :nailbiting:

"The Change" doesn't happen until the late 40's -50's. Getting fat doesn't happen over night. I noticed when I went shopping and it was 2 sizes bigger. Than I went on a stick diet and lost weight. You just have to be more careful, that's all. It will be OK

The change takes place MUCH earlier for women. Women are very different from men in that sense, that's why women start gaining weight earlier. As your metabolism slows down... is harder to keep the weight off or lose it.

The Super Bowl was this Sunday? We don't follow that sport here in Portugal, but I'd expect that would be in the end of the season right? Late congratulations btw! :)

Oh my gosh - you are all so young! I am in my 50's and have the graying hair to prove it. No pot belly...yet, and still have a full head of hair, but that is just genetics anyway.

That's awesome, I have some white hairs, but I'm 26, lol. Some say that's genetics, bad genetics :thumbsdown: But I've been told I don't look that old anyway. It really seems I'm the youngest member over here :nailbiting:

Mmm, I think women get white hairs earlier, I have quite a few already, but nothing too much, my hair is black so it shows a little, but that's not important to me.

I'm 29 now going to be 30 in a few months. I feel like I haven't accomplished anything yet and time flies by so quickly. Too many things to do and time doesn't seem to be my friend on this.

Wah!!! am becoming more concerned guys. My brother is only ten but is having the white already. I can't tell the main contributor to this but I think it is because he loved to use our moms air cream. I believe the reason why women tend to grow white hair earlier is because of the chemicals they tend to use to maintain their hairs.

I'm 37 now, but I remember getting all up in arms about turning 30 too. Looking back on that now, a lot has happened in my life since then and I consider myself to have been way more naive then than I am now. I think of 30 almost like being 21 again, people still have some immaturity to shake off and some life experiences to go through. It's far from over, don't stress over it too much.

Wow really? I actually never used chemicals on my hair :p I noticed my first white hair when I was 17 years old, I think. I guess it was because I've always been a very anxious person. I heard that's an important factor. Now I have a lot white hairs, lol. But not enough to show in the pictures ;)

Specially if you are a guy ;) LOL. No, seriously, my boyfriend is 30 years old and he really needs to shake some immaturity off him quick! I'm getting there soon :nailbiting: Just 3 months away to turning 27! Some years ago I was like: ''Meh, turning 24... at least isn't 25!''. I have nothing to say anymore :stop:
