    Happy Birthday!!:):thumbsup::inlove::woot::woot::singing::singing:

It's funny that you tell me your birthday is today:woot::woot: because earlier when I was reading some of what you wrote in this thread, I noticed that you said that you turn 27 in March. Today I was wondering, "I wonder when exactly? It is March." I'm very pleased that I wrote this on your birthday!

I feel so sorry to hear about your health issues:(. I
have read where you have talked about some of the things that you have been going through health-wise. My prayers are with you. You have almost 900 posts on this forum, just looking at that makes me know that you certainly haven't seemed to let your health issues slow you down. I admire your strength. I am glad that things are getting better for you as you said.

Since I'm kind of spoiled, I sometimes can be a baby about the smallest health ailments:oops::sorry::sorry::sorry::sorry:.

You just came back from the Netherlands? How was it? Did you take lots of pictures?

And you are right, it is good to be the age we are, although sometimes we need to get away from the age we are in order to grow. I'm definitely not knocking you for being in your 20's. I hope that I didn't come off sounding like I was because that was not my intent. All I meant was that me in my 20's, well, I needed to do a lot of growing.

You seem very mature for your age, which is a good thing. Life for me in my 20's would have gone a LOT smoother had I been more mature, but I was not, and I can't change that. That's why I say that I would not go back to my 20's. Some people in their 20's seem to fare really fine. I went through many hardships during that age.

I have a friend who is your age, 28 actually. She has been married for 9 years, has 3 kids, works 2 jobs, and goes to school. It baffles me how mature she is. I asked her how she got that way, she says she doesn't know. When I was that age, I was runnin' around the hood, smoking many b l u n t s daily, as many as I could get my hands on. Being reckless. Just all over the place.

You are so cute:inlove::inlove: when you said you wish you knew at 21 what you now know about life. That's how life is. And yes, it is too late to cry over spilled milk. Still... I find that I get mad at myself for not knowing certain things when I was younger, but bottom line, I just didn't know them, and there is nothing that I can do about my past mistakes.

You know what, I just wrote you a long, fabulous (she said modestly) response to this, AND of course wished you a Happy Birthday;):singing::singing::singing::singing::inlove::thumbsup::woot:.

For some reason it posted twice, so I went on the second posting and deleted it, and guess what? It deleted both posts. I'm not happy.

I'll rewrite a response to this later, and again, Happy Birthday :)

Hi no problem!!! But I was surprised you just replied to this yesterday when I had just turned 27, lol. It was such a huge coincidence! Thanks a lot for the happy birthday wishes :) I had a good day, and don't worry about double posts, they do happen from time to time ;) I'll be seeing you around here :inlove::whistling::happy:

Hello daaah-ling;). Yes, I was surprised when I read that yesterday was your birthday because... when I was reading the thread yesterday before I replied to it, I noticed that you said that your birthday was next year in March. I was like, "Oh, that's now! I wonder what day in March?" Well, turns out "what day" was yesterday, and I was able to comment to this on your birthday:happy::singing:!!
    I love it!

The double posting thing really bummed me out last night because I really wrote you some thoughtful stuff (again, she said modestly), so when I saw that both of my posts had been deleted and not just the duplicate, I was too irritated to type much anymore.
Plus my son, the whole time I was typing to you, was telling me to get off of his computer, and use my own. I told him to hold on, and that I was almost finished typing my message (to you). Finished typing, only to have it deleted:mad::arghh:.
My laptop is missing one of the letter keys, so it makes typing a bit challenging, so I use my son's computer a lot. He hates that:joyful::joyful:.

At any rate, I hope that you enjoyed your birthday:inlove::inlove:. Did you get some nice presents? Did your buy yourself something nice??

And how were the Netherlands? Did you take lots of pictures:snaphappy::snaphappy:?

If you can get the post back, that would be good. If not, that's okay too. Thanks either way.

Glaaaaaad, James could recover this message! Thanks a lot, James!!! And of course, thanks to you velvet songs for writing this :) I felt much better after reading it, because I will not lie to you, the last days since I came back from the Netherlands have been awful. For some reason I have been feeling a bit anxious! I came back feeling so confused about so many things, a lot strange feelings! But my birthday was a good day :)

By the way, I did take some pictures, but I haven't upload them on Facebook, once I do that I will surely share them over here!

As for my health issues... the hardest part has been dealing with my anxiety about the future, but the rest came naturally :) I mean, I had no choice but being strong and going on. I try to do that every day :thumbsup::thumbsup: Sometimes is really hard, some days I wake up feeling a bit down and is hard because there aren't many people I can talk about those feelings with.

Don't worry! I didn't take it wrong at all, I know you were talking about your individual experience and how your 20's were like! Because we all had different life experiences, I did have some really rough years as a teenager :whistling: But I know some girls and guys who were so serious since they were teenagers. :roflmao::roflmao: I really don't know how that people does that, lol.

I made a lot mistakes, but I try not to think about it. There are some mistakes I like to keep fresh in my mind, so I don't make them again, like for example believing everything a man says or waiting too long for a man to commit. Not a mistake I want to repeat!

I can see you have matured a lot over the years :thumbsup: What made you be the person you are now?

Hello baby doll!! :)Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you.:nailbiting::nailbiting:

I wrote James the same thing, sorry about taking so long to respond.
As I already told you, I use my son's computer because mine is missing one of the letter keys, and it throws my typing off.
My son has a youtube channel, plus he is always on his computer doing this or that, so I don't use his computer a lot.
I try not to. I use it a lot more than he want me to, that's for sure!!:roflmao:

Also, I have been gone because my Internet got cut off, and sometimes I protest by just not using the Internet after it comes back on,
especially if I know that I will have trouble paying the next upcoming bill.
For instance, my cable company told me that my Internet could go off tonight.
I said to myself, I better stop protesting and write Trellum back because I might
not be able to pay my Internet bill until next week!! LOL. See, I'm thinking about you doll:)!

As far as your health issues, I know about anxiety, it can really suck.
I have been hyper for as long as I can remember. Hyper, anxious, wired, damn near having a break down.
I used to take some pills called Lorazipan,
or something like that. They are for anxiety. I was first introduced to them by my friend-girl "V".
I liked um so much, I went and got myself a prescription. Those pills helped a lot, only thing though, they made me feel too good.
SO GOOD:wacky::wacky::p:p. I started to feel like I never wanted to be without them.
Just thinking about them now is making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside:singing::thumbsup::joyful::cool:.
That's a damn shame. Feeling all warm and fuzzy about pills.

But hey, anxiety can be really terrible.
    C
ombine that with a super strong coffee addiction:coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee: and you've got hyper-trouble my friend.

I have matured, but I need to do a lot better. I'm in my 40's still making some of the same mistakes that I made in my 20's.
My son says it is because I grew up spoiled and having things handed to me. He is partly right:oops:.

Just take things one day at a time Trellum. And if you believe in prayer, do it. It works.
You don't even have to pray out loud, pray in your mind.
    Prayer changed my life.
My life would be really different (in a bad way) without the power of prayer.

If you ever feel down, you can always write to me. Message me!!

No problem, sweetness :) I appreciate you take the time to reply this, even tho you don't have a lot chances to use your son's computer :inlove::thumbsup::) I also love doing this and that with my laptop :joyful: Do you use it when he is at work? The only time I don't use my laptop is when I'm not at home :roflmao: Hehehe, I hadn't realized that until now, I mean, I hadn't thought about that in depth.

Hehehe, we have a little protester here ;) Sometimes I do something similar with the phone  You are so sweet, so glad you replied me before your internet goes off :happy: BTW, don't worry about late replies, they say it's much better later than never :p:)

Yeah, anxiety sucks :( I've been feeling better now, but when I just got here I was feeling so restless! It was affecting my relationship with my boyfriend, because I swear my hormones were driving me crazy! I don't take pills for that tho, because they all come with side effects :(:( I was on Elavil some years ago, but thanks to it I ballooned to 238 lbs o_O:rolleyes::wideeye::arghh::angelic::dead::facepalm::wideyed::woot::wtf::yuck: I went back to 156 lbs... it took a lot effort!!! They actually say those pills can cause weight gain... so true

Lorazepam? I have heard about it! It's very potent, isn't it?! I'm glad you are no longer taking those... they become so addictive and make you feel all fuzzy inside :D:headphone::nailbiting::whistling: I was on clonazepam for a while, and let me tell you the side effects weren't fun :arghh: I think Clonazepam made me kinda forgetful and clumsy, they say it takes a while for the body to completely get rid of it :nailbiting: I'm so glad I'm no longer taking more of those pills, I just take the pills I really need, but ugh.. gotta dread the side effects :shifty:

Anxiety is horrible, but I'm glad we both have found a way to deal with it. I sometimes have a hard time dealing with it tho, but I'm trying my best :) By the way, how many cups of coffee do you have a day? I ask because I met people in the Netherlands who even drank coffee after dinner, lol. There is no way I could do that and then go to bed!! Eeeek!

Don't worry :) We all make mistakes  It's really nice you know you made a mistake when you just did, some people live in denial, but you are not afraid to admit you still make the same mistakes sometimes :) I think everything is alright as long as you admit it to yourself  Sometimes I have a hard time doing that

I will try to do that, I really think I need to get closer to G-d and pray more often :) I know G-d has listened to my prayers in the past, and have helped me, but I have also prayed for some really silly things when I was so depressed. Really regretting that.

I really appreciate it, thanks a lot for that! I will surely do it next time I feel down, it's hard to deal with chronic depression with no pills :woot: Such a feat! But it's good to know one has wonderful friends willing to listen :)

Well, my Internet got cut off yesterdayo_O. I called the company last night to try and make payment arrangements
to get it cut back on, but no luck.
Tonight however, I was blessed to get a really helpful young lady on the phone. Her name is Jennifer, I knew with a name like Jennifer she was gonna be a sweet girl, LOL. She turned my Internet back on:thumbsup::thumbsup::singing::singing::woot:, but I have to pay money by next week...or else:inpain::dead::thumbsdown::wtf::nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting:!!

My son doesn't go to work, he is in high school:thumbsup:.
He does make some money from his youtube channel, he composes music and people always message him
asking him to do music and they pay him for it, so that's his job for now. My baby is super-talented:angelic::inlove:.

He always says to me, "Mom, you have your OWN computer."
Yes, I do, but I like to use his:roflmao::roflmao:.

I really need to get my laptop fixed, and I need to buy a desktop computer as well.
Gotta get the money to do all of that though.

Yes, anxiety sucks:thumbsdown::mad:. I used to have it really bad when I was younger.
I felt scared of my own shadow, and always worried about things:blackeye:. I really feel blessed that I
don't worry like that anymore, but I still can get really hyper, and be all over the place like a spinning top.
    Prayer changed my life.

How much coffee do I drink, ahhhh, baby girl, I drink a LOT of coffee a day.
On an average day, I would say I drink about 4 or 5 cups. Some days I drink 5, 6, 7 cups. It depends.

I like coffee a lot. I like the different flavors, I love the smell:inlove: of it. I like the**** hotness**** of it:D.
I can go right to sleep after I drink coffee unless it is black coffee (I adore black coffee, but usually drink my coffee with milk and sugar).
If I drink black coffee, no cream, no sugar, it will keep me awake:wideeye::wideeye:.

No coffee after dinner:arghh::arghh:?? That's one of the best times to drink it!!

I feel bad for you that you are dealing with chronic depression without meds. How do you do it?

Yes, we all make mistakes. Sometimes I find it very easy to admit my mistakes, almost too easy, and
then I spend a lot of time beating myself up:banghead::banghead::blackeye::blackeye::(:inpain::arghh: for things that I did, that I can't change.
At other times, I get in denial, and don't want to admit that I did anything wrong, but that's no good.
You can't change what you don't admit.

Glad to hear that :) It's nice to have you around :inlove: And you are right, with a name like Jennifer... there is no doubt the girl will be sweet! Hehehe! Most of the jennifers I have met were really sweet, I wonder if that's just a coincidence :wideeye:o_O:oops::eek:

Are you close to your goals? I'm not even one bit close to my money goals, there are so many things to buy, but money is so hard to get nowadays :(:hungover: So easy to lose it tho! My last employer owed me $300, whenever I think of that I cringe, lol. Ah well, at least I no longer have to stand him! I used to work as a software/games reviewer, but had to quit because the guy I was working for had something against me (he had other interests in mind).

It's great your son can earn some cash doing music! That's awesome because he doesn't have to go to work everyday, because no matter what they say... working and studying does always works! Not if you want to get good grades at least. So is great he is focused on his studies only, but still earning some money doing what he loves :inlove:

Depression? Well, I have some good and bad days, the good ones are like... wiiiiiiii :inlove::hilarious::happy::headphone::playful::singing::whistling::sleep: The bad ones are like :wacky::wtf::woot::yuck::bored::depressed::facepalm::arghh::bag::sorry::nailbiting::meh::inpain::hungover::grumpy: Ah well, ups and downs, plus some days my hormones act a bit crazy :pompus: By crazy I mean I can get too emotional, lol. Then I have to make an extra effort, but when I'm not like that is super easy to handle :) Unless something bad happens!

Too emotional?? Then I must have hormones that act crazy too!!!! No wonder you and I get along so well:joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful:!!
I like my emotions though. Although sometimes I do have to rein myself in,
like how one has to rein in a horse and tell it to calm down, you know, like "Easy girl, easy.":joyful::joyful:
At other times I act phony:sorry: and pretend:sorry: like everything is okay:whistling:, when in actuality, I'm really pissed:mad::mad::mad::mad:.

I'm seriously thinking about going back on those Lorazapan (Lorazapam, hell, whatever they're called. I have an empty bottle, I should just go and look at it:hilarious:, or google it, and find out the specific name).

Oops, son just came, gotta go:whistling::whistling:! Be back soon:thumbsup::thumbsup:!!

I totally get you :p Sometimes I get so emotional but usually when I'm close to having my period, I see other changes too, it's scary :nailbiting: Funny to see the effect hormones have in some of us :inpain: To be honest there are times I feel like taking one of those pills that end with ''pam'', lol. They all make you feel so relax and calm :inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove:

Lol, sometimes I get that!!!! With my boyfriend or his mother :playful::hungry::hungover: My boyfriend doesn't have a lot experience with women, so he often says or does things he shouldn't say or do :hungover::hilarious::thumbsdown::stop::woot::wideyed::wtf::yuck: So there are times I have to pretend all is ok, even if I'm pissed off :shifty::shy: But I don't get pissed off easily, I'm actually reasonable, but there are things I can't stand... like for example my future sister in law taking the worst pictures ever without me even knowing it and then posting them on online :mad::mad::mad: I was so mad, but I tried my best to stay quiet and don't say a word... very very hard!!

I might actually start taking a medication named ''alprazolam'' :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao: Did you experience any side effects while you were on those pills?
