I try to eat healthy, but it's not easy, I sometimes feel I need to take a degree on nutrition to realize what's better for my health. On the other hand other things is just common sense, like no fries or fats. And drink plenty of water!

I hear ya! When I was in the Netherlands I ate all sorts of crazy things! A lot fries, bread, ice cream and sweets! Amazingly enough I managed to only gain one kilo!!! Very crazy! I have no idea how that happened, but it did. I could swear I had gained more weight, but to my surprise that wasn't the case. I've lost one kilo and half since I got here :)

I do not have a healthy eating habit, but I plan to change that soon. I am like most people, eat without thinking and caring. When I get the will power to get on a diet, I do try to eat healthier; more salads, bake chicken, less fast food, more water, definitely less coca-cola and less starch. But it is very hard to maintain my will power. I have been able to do it before, and lost weight dramatically just exercising, more water, more vegetables, and way less starch. And it work, but I only did it cause I was going to Miami. I wish I would of stuck with the diet, but I lost control after the trip. I do plan to immediately start eating healthier and exercising cause I need it for my health and personal matter. I felt great when I lost the weight and was able to wear clothes I could not fit anymore. To me eating healthier does not mean going straight vegan, but just maintaining what you eat. Eat portion size, maybe use a way smaller plate, less fast food like I stated several times or eat healthier items on the menu, more water and definitely no coca-cola for me since I am a addict, and exercise. It is not hard just have grow up, learn what is important, and do it!

Well said! Plus going vegan is hella hard, hehe! It requires a lot commitment, something I can offer to the vegan cause. It really sounds healthier, but going vegan isn't easy at all. I'd not consider going vegan, but I'd really consider going vegetarian. Vegan too me is too hardcore, but vegetarian sounds way more reasonable.

I agree with you, eating health also involves healthy eating habits, like portion and calorie counting. Having enough veggies (organic or not) and drinking plenty of water :)
